According to the NIH, there are actually no single standard treatments for Down Syndrome [mostly because it only affects your appearance], but people with Down Syndrome would most likely receive support in their educational experiences (NIH). People with Down Syndrome can understand what they’re being taught at a different level. Even though they learn at a slower speed than us doesn't mean they’re dumb. Other treatments are Drugs and Supplements. Some people with Down Syndrome take Amino Acid which affects their brain activity, but many studies show that there are no real benefits of these drugs.
